Find Icelandic expertise in renewable energy and circular solutions. In total, there are around 40 horses at Friðheimar. Currently, there are two to three award-winning breeding mares on our farm and we only use award-winning stallions for breeding. Emphasis is placed on a smooth tölt, with a good foot lift and fast pace, preferably spacious five-gaited horses. It is a valuable resource for us Icelanders to have access to good and abundant spring water for irrigation. Visits to the greenhouses are available all year round for prebooked groups.

And now they can take delicious food souvenirs made of our tomatoes and cucumbers away with them. The main house where we stayed was beautiful, everything looked new and built with wood. Very relaxing and quite a place to stay. We stayed in a nice cabin with a hot tub 🙂 Please contact us if you want to add an extra children bed.

There is also an extra bed in the rooms if needed. Cozy bungalow with a double bed and a bunk bed. A refreshing drink packed with energy and goodness.

We also breed horses, and put on a horse show – in fourteen languages. We welcome visitors to see our greenhouses, and then enjoy a taste of the crop. Their five children, Dóróthea, Karítas, Matthías Jens, Arnaldur and Tómas Ingi, all play an active part in uk casinos the family business.
